1 Ensure safe working practices are actively promoted and encouraged at onshore fabricators workshops and on-board the units (when you visit)

2 Verification of fabricator site activities in accordance with the schedule and engineering documentation. Verify fabricators have available latest engineering documentation. Verification of as-built drawing completion. Verify fabricators engineering and build process is consistent with SBM/OPS engineering and SBM/OPS Quality documentation. (This is an interface with the OPS Piping Engineer)

3 Verify fabricators fabrication or supplier delivery targets; verify progress and areas of concern. Verify the fabricators and suppliers expedite delivery ETAs to OPS. Verify critical materials and activities are carried out in accordance with the pre agreed schedule. Verify accurate detailed outstanding or late materials, shortfalls or vendors.

4 Verification/supervision of planned offshore interventions and vendor’s. Responsible for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Responsible for the generation, completion and acceptance of work packs, inspection and test records, reports and associated documentation related to interventions.

5 Responsible for generating and completion of the punch lists, ensuring responsible action parties are identified and agreed and that any materials required are identified and ordered.

6 Responsible for generating status reports pre intervention and daily reports during interventions, attending daily meeting onshore or offshore during interventions

7 Archiving of completed work packs onshore

8 Ask for clarification if in any doubt at any time.
