“COMMERCIAL MANAGER - FPSO”

MAIN MISSION
- Lead the commercial activities for a specific prospect. Your objective and responsibility is to win the tender, by developing and implementing strategies, delivering optimized technical/commercial proposals and negotiating the agreement with the Client and Partners.
- Organise and coordinate the overall effort for the Tender and lead the Tender team
- Deliver or update the Capture Plan for a specific prospect
- Ensure that WIN strategy is understood by all, as originally defined by the Product Lines and Business Development team, translated it into tangible actions and cascaded across the Tender team
- Define the mandate and proactively seek its approval
- Manage stakeholders to ensure they make timely and informed decisions
- Maintain trustful relationships with the Partners and ensure they execute approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure the proposal is in line with the contractual framework and strategy
- Define the negotiation strategy and tactical plans and lead the negotiation process with the Client
- Have an in-depth knowledge of all SBM rules and policies to conduct business ethically and select partners
- Ensure an understanding of our market positioning, SBM strengths and weaknesses versus competition
- Act as delegate to the Sales Director when required
Job requirements
School/studies/degree:
- Master engineering
- Business school degree
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years oil & gas experience
- Sales or Project management & control
- Contracts
