Role Purpose
The IFS Technical Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Roles and Authorization structure within IFS solution.
He / She will be the technical point of contact for implementation and maintenance activities related to R&A within IFS .
The IFS R&A Technical Specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as well as managing the implementation of change request related to R&A.
Role Contribution
- Perform the configuration, testing, and deployment of R&A within IFS solution.
- Monitor R&A incidents and implement resolution of technical issues
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the R&A structure in IFS Solution.
- Collaborate with IFS Solution Leads, IFS Solution Architect and IT Teams to ensure that technical deliveries meet business needs, are properly tested and compliant with the overall company ecosystem
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IFS Solution in collaboration with External Partners and IFS solution provider
- Ensure that technical components are properly documented and adhere to applicable standards and regulations
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolving technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IFS solution trends and IAM technologies
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining ERP solutions, preferably IFS
- Professional communication in English both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of identity access management systems and proven experience in security and access management in ERP solutions (IFS is preferred)
- Experience with IFS implementation tools and technologies or similar
- Knowledge of database systems, such as SQL Server, Oracle
- Knowledge of AZURE Datafactory, Datalakehouse is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Data Architecture and modelling is an added advantage
