Purpose

As a Working Student or Intern within the Group Insurance Department, you will gain valuable experience in corporate insurance, risk management, and business operations. You will become an integral member of the team and contribute to daily activities while supporting process improvement initiatives and data analysis projects.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how insurance supports major international energy projects and multinational business operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Group Insurance team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Assist in maintaining insurance records, policy documentation, and reporting databases.
- Contribute to the optimization and automation of internal insurance and operational processes.
- Support the preparation, review, and management of insurance policy documentation.
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data for insurance renewals, claims, and risk management activities.
- Help improve workflows and document management processes across the department.
- Collaborate with colleagues from multiple departments and international locations to collect and share information.
- Participate in special projects aimed at increasing efficiency and supporting the department's digital transformation initiatives.
Education
- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Law, Insurance, or a related field.
- Have an interest in insurance, risk management, finance, or business operations.
- Are analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Are proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have an interest in process improvement, data analysis, and digitalization.
