Job Description

As Project Administrator, you are responsible for:

  • Coordination of dept. activities within the Completion scope
  • Administration of dept. processes, data bases and tools, including but not limited to the preparation and Compilation of BN Mark-up and issuance of Commissioning documentation
  • Issuance of the project Key Performance Indicators (Inspection, document reviews).
  • Follow up of key suppliers’ audits
  • Participation and support to tasks assigned to the Group Ex Manager, including notably reporting and document review.
  • Review of administrative data from Certificates Review Company.
  • Schedule, track and coordinate activities.
  • Assist and/or delegate from dept Manager to implement and monitor processes and procedures, using initiative and personal judgement.
  • Perform data administration, analysis and reporting.

 

Education: Bachelor in any discipline

Experience: 5+ years

 

Specific skills / expertise / product:

  • Ex qualification and/or Advanced Admin experience.
  • Initiative and autonomy are essential.
  • Organization, planning and prioritization skills to coordinate multiple tasks within a global and virtual team.
  • Good working knowledge of all usual business software and more specifically advance knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent spoken and written English
