Key tasks & responsibilities

• Document and implement Quality Management System at the SBM R&D Test Center, aligned with SBM Offshore GEMS, with defined objectives of ISO 17025 certification within 2 years.
• Upgrade Laboratory specific HSSE procedures and instructions, aligned with SBM Offshore HSSE management system.
• Work with all stakeholders to implement and document key processes, with focus on documentation change control, competencies recording and data integrity management.
• Support test protocols and reports to ensure customer requirements are met and documented.
• Responsible for HSSE records and follow up withing the within SBM R&D Test Center
• Manage Lean, 5S (+Safety) action plan to solidify Quality and Continuous improvement.
• Develop Internal (using 5S tools) and External (for key partners) Audit plan

1. Job requirements

School/studies/degree:

Master’s degree in engineering with dedicated courses on QA, Risk Management, HSSE, ISO Certification

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management of Quality and/or Safety in an industrial environment.
• Internal and/or External Audit, QA Management System and /or Products
• A first experience in Quality System Implementation is preferred.
• English spoken and written.
