Key tasks & responsibilities

• Support Test Concept Phase: Bench design, Test protocol, Safety Risk analysis.
• Develop adequate procedures and documentation.
• Complete Equipment and Bench Set up, Inspect raw materials according to procedures.
• Run and document Test. Document technical issues and solutions.
• Support Test Result Analyzing results and identifying the root cause of malfunctions.
• Perform necessary equipment calibration, Preventive and other Maintenance required operations.
• Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.g. ISO)
• Work with all stakeholders to implement and document key processes, with focus on documentation change control, competencies recording and data integrity management.
• Support Lean, 5S (+Safety) action plan to solidify Quality and Continuous improvement.

1. Job requirements

School/studies/degree:

Master’s degree in engineering with dedicated courses on Material, Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering,

Or bachelor’s in industrial measure process, with documented experience in a test and process/ Product validation.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Test Engineer (or Test Technician with significant experience) or similar role
• Familiarity with various testing techniques and equipment.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
• Great troubleshooting skills
• Analytical mindset
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
• English spoken and written.
