Purpose
- As a Personnel Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of travel, visas, and when applicable, training and medical requirements for personnel across various domains, including Fleet, Project/Commissioning, or Installation. You will act as the primary point of contact for all mobilization, demobilization, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination with managers, agencies, or suppliers.
Responsibilities
- You coordinate travel, visa, and when applicable, training, and medical requirements, for personnel, including staff, contractors, subcontractors, or vendors.
- You serve as the central point of contact for all mobilization and demobilization processes, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements.
- You liaise with relevant managers, such as crewing, commissioning, and installation managers, to align personnel logistics with operational needs.
- You collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for personnel movements.
- You maintain accurate records of personnel movements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- You respond promptly to any logistical challenges or issues, providing solutions to minimize disruption to operations.
- You monitor and report on the effectiveness of logistics processes, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- You ensure that all personnel are briefed on their travel and mobilization plans and that they have all necessary documentation and equipment.
Education
- Diploma in Business Administration
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Secretary and/or in a travel organization or as Administrative Assistant.
