Purpose
- As CBSC Director, your are reponsible for the operational performance of all activities in scope of the CBSC and executed from your country.
- You are the official representative of the CBSC in the country.
- You foster relationships and ensure in close relationship with CBSC Tower Directors consistent implementation of the CBSC vision and operating model, considering local specificities.
Responsibilities
- You manage the dayto-day activities of the CBSC team in your country.
- You ensure the application of CBSC´s core operating principles, policies and tools
- You supervise each local Tower manager and are responsible for their performance review, in collaboration with their respective functional Manager
- You provide leadership that upholds SBM and CBSC´s values, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment (i) within the local CBSC team and (ii) between the CBSC and its local Business Stakeholders
- You propose processes optimization/improvement to the GPO and CBSC Tower Directors
- Once approved, you lead local implementation of CBSC continious imoorvement and transversal initiatives
- In coordination with CBSC Managing Directors and Tower Directors, you propose the KPIs to assess the efficiency of all CBSC activities delivered locally, as well as the target to be achieved. Once pproved, your are responsible for the collect, monitoring and reporting of the KPIs.
- You elaborate the local CBSC budget in close collaboration with the CBSC tower Directors, and submit it to aprroval of the CBSC Managing Director
- You are the primary point of contact for local internal stakeholders,understanding their needs and promoting CBSC´s image
- Leverage relationships with key stakeholders as champion.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- 8-10+ years experience in Finance, accounting, procurement, HR, or other shared services functions.
- Experience with process optimization, service delivery models, and performance metrics (e.g., SLAs, KPIs).
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing crossfunctional teams and large-scale operations.
