Main missions:
- Implements Project Execution Plan defined during the Proposal.
- Performs, coordinates and oversees all VPM activities on for the assigned Purchase Orders or project.
- Performs the contract review and prepares the relevant VPM project procedures.
- Defines the expediting and inspection levels according to the Criticality Analysis provided by the Project.
- Manages man-hour costs and planning of resources assigned on the project.
- Ensures that Inspectors / Inspection Agency follow VPM Project specifications, company policies and project requirements.
- Checks VPM Project deliverables (Pre-Inspection Meeting report, Pre-Fabrication Meeting Report, Expediting Report, Inspection Report, Inspection Release Note).
- Identifies and reports any slippage or issues impacting deliveries or quality. Coordinates the definition of the recovery actions and follow-up their implementation until their resolution.
- Participates to regular VPM / Procurement meetings with Project Procurement Manager and Project Team.
- Supports Project Procurement Managers in Liquidated Damages definition, jointly with Vendor Performance Coordinators.
- Supports on-boarding program for new comers.
- Supports the Head of Department to formalize feedback and improve work processes.
- Designs and leads internal training in their field of specialization.
- Job requirements
School/studies/degree:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Quality as a minimum.
Experience:
- You typically have minimum 8-10 years of experience in oil and gas Supply Chain.
- Abilities to manage small Team (operationally).
- Experience in related technical fields, Project Management and Supplier's Manufacturing workshops.
- 5 years of experience in oil and gas FPSO EPC project.
- Multi-Projects management oriented.
- Leadership skills (e.g. Technical/Management/Methods).
- English level C1 Minimum.
