- Preparation of Weekly Manhours Report
- Preparation of Monthly Manhours Report
- Preparation of Client Invoices
- Preparation of Accrual of Project Costs
- Preparation of Manning Forecast in liaison with budget owners
- Reconciliation of Actual Manhours Costs
- Reconciliation of Accounting Data to Cost Management System
- Provide Access to IFS Time Registration to Employee
- Follow up payment status of vendors’ invoices
- Other ad-hoc request from department / projects
