Contract Type: Contractor

Duration:one Year

Target Date is earlier of Oct.2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structural design from concept to detailed design phase.
• Structural validation and preparation of calculation reports.
• Prepare structural models using Sesam GeniE, STAAD.Pro or SACS.
• In depth knowledge AISC, API, DNVGL, Euro codes and other international standards and codes related to structural engineering. 
• Knowledgeable in developing local calculations using spreadsheets/ Mathcad with strong theoretical knowledge and fundamentals in structural engineering. 

• Ensure engineering design intend is correctly reflected in 3D collaborative environment/ database and structural drawing.
• Check/ review structural drawing and details taking into consideration of constructability, integration and installation.
• Prepare and check/ review MTO & Weight Control Report.
• Liaise with the other engineering disciplines to deliver a consistent/ compliant design and obtain design input.
• To answer technical queries and comments arising from clients, Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, BV), construction and other engineering disciplines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical.
• A working experience in structural engineering, junior profiles accepted.
• Proficient in English language.
