Purpose

  • As Supply Chain Process Assurance Manager, you perform the Quality Assurance (QA) role specific to Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • You are the main custodian of our Global Enterprise Management System (GEMS) processes and ensure the processes reflect our ways of working in line with industry standard best practices and our overall risk methodology
  • You are the Supply Chain focal point for all internal management system verification audits and external audits by third parties
  • You ensure that our systems and our tools are aligned to streamline adherence by the end users
  • You seek to continuously improve our overall ways of working in our GEMS processes
  • You actively interface with various internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly

Education

  • ISO Lead Auditor
  • Degree in business, economics, supply chain, quality, engineering, management or related field

Experience

  • Min 8 years’ experience in maintaining and improving Enterprise Management processes and systems for Supply Chain and Quality Assurance processes
