Details of the internship:

Successful candidates will be given the opportunities to learn about industry specific processes, standards and methods of working. Practical exposure will be provided to aid in the development of a base of knowledge with regards to SBM’s different lines of businesses.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Ensure activities are completed with consistency and in compliance with work requirements, codes, standards and industry practices.
  • Engage in learning activities as identified from time to time.
  • Fulfill predefined tasks (developmental/ job specific as assigned).
  • Perform research activities to bring clarity on specific issues or topics.
  • Taking ownership and/or coordination of specific team activities, if any.

 

Job requirements:

  • Students pursuing degree in Engineering or its equivalent are encouraged to apply. Placements are available in various disciplines, such as Process, Mechanical Equipment, Piping, Structural, Instrumentation & Controls, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Team player and ability to collaborate effectively.
