Main Responsibilities
PURCHASE MANAGEMENT (MATERIALS AND SPARE PARTS)
. Ensure that the purchasing process, of equipment or materials, is carried out in compliance with the company's procedures;
. Ensure the purchase of materials, equipment and services requested by the Offshore Units;
. Check compliance of Purchase Information Requests (PIR), contact suppliers to check availability and price of materials, enter information into the computer system, issue the Purchase Order and send it to the relevant parties in order to obtain approval;
. Keep a record of all purchases made;
. Issue documentation relating to purchases, Purchase Information Request, Purchase Order and Service Orders;
. Stay informed about the status of orders;
. Perform other tasks or activities as requested by the Purchasing Services Coordinator or the Director of the Purchasing and Logistics Department.
Customs Clearance . Stay informed about the customs clearance process for equipment or materials received from outside the country; . Stay informed about changes in import procedures (freight forwarders, purchasing department in Monaco). Academic History Honors Degree in Supply Chain Management Work Experience 2 Years Required Skills
. Good knowledge of contracts, taxation and logistics.
. Good knowledge of spoken and written English, for interpersonal communication, understanding documents and preparing reports;
. Computer knowledge from the user's perspective.
. Good knowledge of acquisition processes;
. Knowledge of commercial legislation;
. Good knowledge of the Purchasing area;
. Good knowledge of logistics;
. Practice and knowledge of stock management techniques.
