Purpose

  • The E&I Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of field instrumentation and associated services. This role involves managing a team of buyers, PPL, expeditors, developing and implementing with Category Manager procurement strategies, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists, ensuring effective performance for Greenfield & Brownfield projects and OPS.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement with the category manager procurement strategies to optimize costs, efficiency, and supplier performance.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Inventory Management: Review any surplus management from one project to another, liaise with operation for stock and maintenance needs.
  • Budget Management: Align with OPS and Projects for the budget
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Liaise with PPM and OPS representative for reporting and present regular reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, (Electrical or Instrumentation) Engineering, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the E&I sector.
