Purpose

  • The Program Site Manager is responsible for managing the cross-projects site organization in terms of governance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and consistency, ensure overall operational, HSSE and Quality performance in the yard and efficient use of shared company resources.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and implement a unified central organization strategy across the projects in alignment with the Projects and ultimately the Company Governance Committee.
  • You ensure knowledge gathering and transfer within the Program Site organization and Projects on site.
  • You are responsible for all cross-projects site administration coordination and processes.
  • You collaborate across the project functions and levels to address and optimize design changes, resolve interface issues to ultimately optimize construction efficiency.
  • You monitor the program budget and implement cost control measures to optimize program resources utilization and support mitigating the financial risks to the projects.
  • You are proactive in identification of potential hazards or obstacles and support the implementation of appropriate measures in alignment with the Projects to minimize impact on individual project outcomes.
  • You establish and monitor cross-projects performance metrics and KPI's.
  • You prepare and present regular progress reports to the projects management and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing any concerns. The Program site manager is part of the Company Governance Committee and follows-up on actions from the Committee meetings.
  •  You ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
  • You manage relationships with stakeholders, , contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • You foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.

Education

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field with sound and comprehensive understanding of construction principles, project management methodologies, and HSSE regulations.

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive and combined hands-on construction management experience and project management expertise in the construction, energy or related industry.
  • Possess a combination of construction experience, project management skills, leadership abilities and proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
