Purpose
- The Senior Completions Engineer is responsible for designing, planning and executing completion operations, in compliance with HSSE, Quality and on time in line with schedule requirements.
- You produce project specific Completions documentation and transfer to site for the Construction and Completion phase of the project, depending on the needs of the Project.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for developing detailed completion programs and designs, selecting appropriate completion techniques, tools, and technologies to optimize project performance.
- You provide guidance and advanced technical expertise on construction techniques to the project / site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- You address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve completion performance and reduce non-productive time.
- You drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.
Education
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with strong knowledge of systems, construction & commissioning processes, and HSSE regulations.
Experience
- At least 8 years extensive experience in completions, with a strong understanding of various completion techniques and technologies.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments, combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
