Purpose

  • As After Sales Project Engineer, you are responsible for managing post-delivery activities and support services related to FPSO and CALM buoy projects. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining equipment functionality, and implementing upgrades or modifications as required.

Responsibilities

  • · You coordinate and manage after sales activities, including maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and technical support for FPSO/CALM buoy systems and equipment.
  • · You respond to client inquiries, assess service requests, and provide technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • · You collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to plan and execute after sales projects in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.
  • · You conduct site visits and inspections to assess equipment performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • · You develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for after sales activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
  • · You prepare technical reports, documentation, and proposals for after sales services, including scope of work, cost estimates, and project deliverables.
  • · You maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • · You ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the after sales process.

Education

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

Experience

  • · Experience in project engineering or after sales support within the FPSO or offshore oil and gas industry.
  • · Knowledge of FPSO systems, equipment, and operations.
  • · Strong technical skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • · Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • · Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • · Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • · Adaptability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
