JOB PURPOSE
The Turnkey Cash Management Analyst Support the Head of Cash Management in optimizing Turnkey Cash flow management and ensuring financial stability. He / Her analyze financial data, forecast cash flows, manage risks, and implement strategies to enhance cash management practices.
RESPONSABILITIES AND MAIN TASKS
- Manage and optimize trade receivable collection
- Perform bad debt follow up
- Ensure regular Cash Collection from clients;
- Provide to Treasury department correct accounting entries at the reception of the not automatically allocated payments; accounts allocation;
- Analyze payments overdue, identify the status, advise on actions needed and estimated settlement date;
- Identify bad debt provision to be booked/ reversed;
- Regular communication with Project Cost Team, Partners, Clients and other Internal Stakeholders
CASH MANAGEMENT
Manage and optimize working capital
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, deviations and take corrective actions.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Providing cash flow insights for predicting future cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity and optimize working capital.
- Risk Management: Identifying and propose mitigating risks related to cash management, such as currency fluctuations, payment delays, invoices approval delays, etc.
- Reporting: Prepare Quarterly Cash Report, highlighting main variances and areas of concern. Prepare regular reports on cash balances, cash flow trends, and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and adjust cash flow; Perform desktop reviews to identify cash flow irregularities and report KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline cash management processes and reduce costs.
- System Implementation, Maintenance and Training: Supporting the implementation and maintenance of cash management systems and tools and providing training to team members.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant internal procedures and external regulations and accounting standards.
- Teamwork: Foster a collaborative work environment and promote a positive cash management culture and behavior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master Degree in Science of Finance or Graduate Management/Business School
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Finance;
Specific competencies (knowledge or know-how) which are a key factor for the position:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a foundation in accounting
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and a high level of confidentiality
