Culture & Change - Human Resources

The purpose of the internship program is to help undergraduate and/or graduate students further cultivate their skills through a real-life work experience in an international organization where Corporate Functions develop strategic programs and deploy initiatives Group wide.

The internship will provide the opportunity to gain practical, professional work experience in the creation of change management supports for the Human Resource department, partaking in Employee Experience reporting and regional action plans of the Group Engagement Survey, and administration of change training activities as well as the Engagement Calendar.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Throughout the internship, duties and responsibilities could include:

  • Assisting the preparation of the 2023 engagement survey, analyzing results, and based on research and recommendations, preparing the action plans period. [Pulse survey]
  • Continuing the deployment and monitoring of our EVP program [EVP]
  • Contributing to the launch of engagement campaigns
  • Supporting the team internal knowledge sharing exercises in preparing process and documentations on in-house expertise [Transfer knowledge]

 

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of HR functions, either through coursework or employment experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently and clearly communicate information verbally and in writing; native English speaker level preferred.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality with employee and corporate information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, especially Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel. Additional skills in Adobe design suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and Miro boards appreciated.
  • Autonomy

Required Experience:

Education/Experience: The ideal intern will be a junior or senior working toward a Master’s degree GPA of 3.0 or above.  Recommendation from an academic advisor or professor.  Professional experience(s) would be appreciated.
