CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

As the Digital Solution Delivery Manager, part of Digital Development and Innovation (DDI) department, you will be responsible for managing the DDI’s delivery team and supporting the overall DDI department with the following tasks and responsibilities:
 

Demand Management & Framing:
•    Overseeing the DDI demand portfolio
•    Proactively engaging with business representatives to develop and communicate an actionable roadmap, ensuring visibility and anticipation of future needs
•    Ensuring the consistency and completeness of demand framing
•    Maintaining the quality of DDI deliverables for ideation and functional design activities, while supporting business representatives
•    Contributing to capacity planning
•    Leading the DDI demand management committee
 

Delivery Management:
•    Ensuring the quality of delivery for both framing and functional support activities
•    Establishing KPIs to report on delivery progress, issues, and efficiency.
•    Conducting regular meetings with Delivery Leads / PPOs to monitor delivery and resolve critical issues.
•    Organizing and facilitating committees with key stakeholders to report on delivery status, review priorities, and roadmap.
•    Leading the DDI delivery review committees

 

Digital Delivery Framework Authority:
•    Defining and promoting digital and agile delivery frameworks, including framing, development, and build-to-run phases
•    Playing a key role in establishing and managing a continuous improvement approach for the DDI operating model, aiming for greater delivery efficiency in coordination with key stakeholders (business & IT)

 

Resources & Budget Management:
•    Determining delivery capacity in terms of internal and external resources (profiles and seniority), in coordination with the DDI technical manager
•    Resolving capacity conflicts between different ongoing initiatives
•    Supervising non-technical profiles (PPOs, UX/UI, CSM, Run contract manager)

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
●    Master's degree or higher,
●    Over 8 years of project management experience, particularly in agile methodologies, with the ability to challenge delivery teams to adopt a design-to-cost and design-to-value approach.
●    Comprehensive understanding of the lifecycle of digital or AI projects, including key phases, activities, required skills, and their interactions.
●    In-depth knowledge of IT/digital ecosystems, especially Microsoft Azure and DEVOPS, as well as organizational and governance models.
●    Proficiency in English.
