ROLE PURPOSE
The Digital Solution Manager is responsible for the definition of the digital solution requirement and manages the complete life cycle of the digital solution from ideation, to evolution and decommissioning.
ROLE CONTRIBUTION
• Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology (Data & IT) stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with the Software provider and associated external partners
• Contribute to contract management with 3rd party (software) suppliers
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for digital solution configuration/development
• Together with business and IT stakeholders, build the business case for digital solution development, implementation (Fusion Team) and lifecycle
• Manage the Ideate and Validate phases of the stage gate model process as well as the Change Management
• Follow and monitor the Develop and Deploy phases of the stage gate model process
• Implement and manage the lifecycle management process of the digital solution, including change management and versioning/upgrading.
• Monitor KPIs and enforce quality and performance of the digital solution and 3rd party providers based on agreed SLA
• Where applicable, audit and report on governance/assurance performance and application of internal/external controls
• Consolidate value creation with input from the business
• Act as ‘keeper of the vision’ of the product and convey vision during development and lifecycle
• Collaborate and coordinate with other Solution Managers to achieve an optimized digital solution landscape

• Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
• Ability to lead through collaboration with effective stakeholder management
• Able to work effectively with a wide range of teams
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
• Strong business background to understand business needs
• Functional knowledge of the Product and IT software development
• Comfortable with negotiation and commercial set-up
• Passionate about technology and digital
• Knowledge of Scrum Agile methodologies a plus
