RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS

We are seeking for a highly motivated Finance Innovation Project Intern to join our team and assist in driving forward-thinking initiatives within the finance sector. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to support the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance our financial processes.

• Project Support: Assist in the development and execution of innovation projects within the finance department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, create project plans, and track progress towards milestones.
• Development: Work closely with senior team members to design and develop prototypes for new financial products / services (Power platform) or processes (Visio / Miro).
• Testing and Evaluation: Participate in testing and evaluation activities to assess the viability and effectiveness of innovative solutions. Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve prototypes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation (progress reports, and presentations) to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Summarize insights gained from research and experimentation. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific skills / expertise / product: 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Visio, Miro.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and principles

• Previous internship or project experience in finance, technology, or innovation is a plus
