Geotechnics Engineer - Monaco (SL)

Main missions:

Anchors design for various mooring systems (FPSOs, CALM buoys, Windfloaters /driven piles/suction caissons/grouted piles/drag anchors) with semi-empirical or numerical tools (Plaxis 3D, GRL_Wheap, Opile, VHM_caisson e.g.), subcontractor’s follow-up, Geophysical/Geotechnical surveys preparation, supervision and attendance on some instances, soil reports reviews.

1. Job requirements

School/studies/degree:

Geotechnical MsC or equivalent with relevant experience on offshore anchors for permanent mooring systems.

Experience:

- 5+

- Exposition to offshore surveys/installation aspects is a plus, the main requirement remaining anchors design.

Specific skills / expertise / product:

Software: Plaxis 3D, GRL_Wheap, Opile, VHM_caisson

Products: FPSOs, CALM buoys, Windfloaters /driven piles/suction caissons/grouted piles/drag anchors
