Role Purpose 

You are responsible for ensuring the effective management and integrity of piping systems and pressure vessels on Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units. 

Role Responsibilities

* You manage functionally the work performed by the Piping teams in the Regions.
* You lead the maintenance on-board FPSOs for Pressure systems (Piping, Pressure Vessel, hoses, and tubing).
* You develop and maintain KPIs related to Pressure systems.
* You act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Quality Management system (QMS), covering the pressure contening element such as pressure vessel & piping system integrity activities on the SBM fleet.
* You assist the frame agreement negotiations with subcontractors dealing with the activies in Piping and Pressure Vessel. 
* You maintain the roadmaps and the 3-year plan for the improvement of piping-related activities, including new software and technologies.
* You prepare the operations yearly budget and identify the integrity scope of works to be carried out for each FPSO.
* You monitor through KPIs the complete Asset Integrity execution relative to the discipline.

Education

* Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering Discipline or equivalent.

Experience

* Minimum 15 years’ experience in the field of piping and pressure vessels management and maintenance onboard offshore production facilities. 
* Extensive knowledge in design and Engineering as per process piping international standard (B31.3). 
* Extensive knowledge of pipe construction and piping repair techniques.
* Extensive knowledge of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology and standards.
* Knowledge of piping design and topsides operations.
* Knowledge of Plant Condition Management Software (PCMS ) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software (training can be provided if necessary) is a plus.
