Purpose
As part of our Group HR Center of Expertise, you will work at the intersection of Human Resources, Communication, and Marketing. You’ll support global initiatives in the domains of Competency Management and People Development, contributing directly to how we align and promote our people strategy across the company.

Key contributions
Promote Competency Management Initiatives
- Create engaging content (intranet posts, podcasts, articles, community updates) to promote and embed the transition to a competency-based organization.
- Contribute to the launch of HR initiatives and campaigns through clear, attractive communication materials.
- Monitor and analyze communication campaigns, suggest improvements, and adapt messages to increase awareness and impact.
- Ensure HR communications align with Group Communication guidelines and support the company’s energy-transition objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are clearly understood and adopted across the organization.

- Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Communication/Marketing or Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Creative, curious, and action-oriented, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with digital tools and new technologies applied to communication, marketing, and data analysis.
- A team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment and is eager to learn and contribute
