MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Resource Management (50+ headcounts) – including Managers – in multiple geographies.
• Budget Management.
• Financial Authority handling, investments decision, 3-Year Plan contribution.
• Adoption of Processes, Methods, Standards and Tools (Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Development…).
• Selection and validation of Data Management, Communication and Cybersecurity technology and suppliers.
• Digital solutions Framing and Delivery.
• IT Solutions Portfolio Management and Delivery.
• Creation and coordination of internal committees/communities (Enterprise Architecture, BI, Low-Code, Digital Solutions Portfolio).
• Digital Innovation (AI, Data Science).
• BI, Low-Code and ProDev development and governance.
• Work with executive leaders to establish the vision for delivering digital solutions, bringing value to the company at large.
• Maintain strong relationship with Peers (IT Operations, Data Management, Cybersecurity) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and coordination.
• Support the IT Director executive reporting (Executive Committee, Supervisory Board, Audit & Finance Committee).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technology related field, Computer Science is a plus.
• 10+ years of business experience, ideally in IT management.
• 10+ years of people management.
• Broad business experience, preferably within the energy industry.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams, multidisciplinary environments across the organization and within complex contexts.
• Experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and information strategies.
• Experience in designing strategic key performance indicators and scorecards
