The IT Project Manager has the overall responsibility to implement new solutions in SBM Offshore IT landscape according to both contractual and internal requirements. The IT PM may be assigned to lead Projects or to coordinate activities such as Interface Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, or Change Management, depending upon the size and complexity of the Project.

 

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the IT Project team to achieve the Project as per plan.

• Define and maintain the project organization, responsibilities and accountabilities.

• Ensure the team has the balance of skills and expertise required to deliver the Project.

• Manage communication and reporting across all internal Project stakeholders.

• Display the leadership required to successfully deliver.

• Lead the HSSE, performance and Quality requirements.

• Own the IT Execution Plan.

• Communicate the Project objectives/targets to the Project team and stakeholders.

• Be the focal point to the internal stakeholders.

• Optimize and Manage project costs.

• Ensure the Management of Change and Risk & Opportunities processes are followed.

• Ensure the agreed baseline (costs, schedule, scope, regulatory, rely upon data, client obligations, subcontracts, acceptance criteria, notification requirements, insurance cover, obligations, liabilities, etc...) is summarized and communicated to the Project team.

• Ensure IT standards are applied all along the project execution

• Establish and maintain relationship with IT providers.

• Collaborate with Digital stakeholders across the different phases of the SGM

• Collaborate with a large variety of business product owners

• Interact with a wide range of stakeholders in the context of SBM Operations portfolio

• Produce, collect and share ICOSIT evidences.

• Manage end-to-end the handover to IT Operations.

• Report to IT Project Management Department Manager.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• +7years of experience in Project Management

• 3 to 5 years experience in technical expertise (development, discipline specialist)

• Understanding of both onshore and offshore technical constraints

• Experience with decentralized software and systems

• Knowledge of CyberSecurity Principles

• Experience with similar manufacturing industries (Automotive, Pharmaceutical, etc.) is a plus

• Project Management certification a plus.

• SCRUM or similar certification a plus.
