THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Project Management Intern to support the performance optimization and future architecture planning of the ECMS/FSMS solution.

This solution, deployed across all centers since 2022 via Citrix, has seen growing adoption across SBM but now faces user-experience challenges due to performance degradation. A review of the existing architecture and the transition toward a more sustainable web-based solution is in progress.
The intern will be fully integrated into the team and will play a key role in coordinating efforts between Business, Digital, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams. This is a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience and manage a real-world digital transformation initiative.

Main Missions

  • Understand the ECMS/FSMS solution architecture, current usage, and performance challenges.
  • Coordinate a technical assessment to identify root causes of performance issues on Citrix.
  • Contribute to the definition and tracking of short-term performance improvements.
  • Support the planning and scoping of a long-term sustainable architecture (e.g. web-based).
  • Interface daily with multidisciplinary stakeholders (Business, IT, Digital, Enterprise Architecture, Process).
  • Support documentation and reporting activities related to performance findings, decisions, and progress.
  • Follow up on action plans and ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Contribute to the development and support of other digital applications to broaden overall skills and understanding of Operations initiatives.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interest in digital solutions, IT systems, and project coordination.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable interfacing with multiple departments and handling cross-functional communication.
  • Basic technical understanding of system architectures and digital performance metrics is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving skills and capacity to synthesize technical input into actionable plans.
  • English language skills mandatory – fluent, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas operations and/or engineering principles is a plus.​​​​​​​

DIPLOMA

Engineering or technical/business school background. You are in the final phase of your graduation
