MISSIONS

SBM is engaged in the implementation of a Live Bowtie digital tool on its FPSO fleet. This tool enables us to identify vulnerabilities in Major Accident scenarios by continuously monitoring barrier health, identifying cumulative risk actions so that to maintain acceptable risk levels.

Given that the performance of the Live Bowtie tool is directly influenced by the quality of our data, the mission which consists in database review is crucial to ensure the tool's relevance.

• Alignment of Bowtie in Server: Ensure consistency between the unit’s Bowtie diagrams and the Global Bowtie (including hazard, top events, threat/consequence, and barrier names) using the Bowtie Corporate Instruction.
• Record the changes: Record any misalignments found during the checks in an index, which will be reviewed with the Regional Process Safety Management (PSM) team.
• Barrier Management tool support: Support PSM team with the deployment and development of the tool

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Process and/or Safety Engineering degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Bowtie methodology is a plus
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
• Experience with IT tools
