Job description:


- Setup the operational basis for the sourcing of components for Large Size Floating Windmills Farms in accordance with the Renewables Product Line Road Map for the management of the Sales and Operations planning

Together with the Renewable and Supply Chain teams, contribute to setup Sourcing Agreements (Frame Agreements, Partnerships, Multi-contracting, ….) with relevant entities enabling early work, manufacturing and logistic capacity identification and securing, tooling and methodologies development upfront execution, …

Support Proposals and Projects Execution Framing to plan and define Strategy, Targets, Risks and Opportunities, Resources, QA System, Logistic Production Planning Scheduling for the complete Supply Chain of mass-produced items

Manage the execution of the Supply Chain Activities for a Large Size Floating Windmills Farm project by leading the project SC team to deliver goods and services within project constraints, ensuring that the overall quality of purchased equipment and services meets project performance expectations.

Identify, analyze and embark the Lesson Learnt from the SBM and Industry Windmills projects, pilot and demonstration developments 

Manage workload and priorities of the project Supply Chain team to ensure compliance with project milestones and liaise with Supply Chain Managers to resolve any workload/resourcing issue

Review and provide input to the project planning to optimize Supply Chain activities in line with engineering and construction constraints

Resolve multi-disciplinary topics with Project Management Team (Engineering Project Manager, Project Controls Manager, Completion Manager, Delivery/Project Manager, …).

Get support from Supply Chain Managers to ensure Supply Chain team members have proper awareness on relevant tools, processes & methodology.

Ensure that all relevant Quality & Regulatory Management and HSE, Project and Group Procedures related to supply chain activities are understood and enforced by the project Supply Chain team.

Report to Strategic Sourcing team feedback on applicability of developed strategies or Global Frame Agreement with a goal of continuous improvement

Monitor Supply Chain risk exposure throughout the project execution phase and implement an appropriate action plan.

Maintain the Quality and Safety performance of all members of the project Supply Chain team


Job requirements:

- Engineering degree or equivalent

- 5 years’ experience in sourcing, production and logistics flows management of large size components manufactured in series within a relevant industry, Windmills or other. 

- Fluent English speaker

- Communication skills

- Decision quality by making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

- Manage complexity by making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

- Ability to lead Legal and Commercial negotiations

- Technical acumen

- Plans and Aligns by planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
