6 months' internship in Monaco starting from October/November 2022

 

The Reward Internship will provide the opportunity to gain practical & professional work experience on various Compensation & Benefits (C&B) topics. The intern/apprentice should be able to support the Company’s international Reward team by providing data analysis on compensation processes for all entities across the world.

 

The main missions:

Throughout the period of internship/apprenticeship, duties and responsibilities could include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of the annual Benchmarking exercise (early October till mid-December)
    • Perform market data and market positioning analyses
    • Interpret results and prepare documentation for HR committee
  • Supporting the preparation & deployment of the Annual Salary Campaigns 2023 (early December till end of April)
    • Complete data checks and uploads before launch of the Campaigns 2023
    • Prepare User guide and documentation for Monaco managers
  • Developing internal job grading process within the organization
  • Liaising with internal HR-Monaco teams on day-to-day requests
  • Monitoring the latest evolution of Benefits practices/policies for Monaco and France 

 

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Intermediate to advanced level of skills in Microsoft Excel for analysis of data
  • Willingness to analyze, understand and interpret data,
  • Good organization skills / time-management
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong sense of ethic and confidentiality

 

Education/Experience:

The ideal intern will be a junior working toward a Master’s degree (BAC +4/BAC +5) curious about Reward topics and HR at large, fluent in English/French.
