Trainee - Management System Analyst

 

Starting date: Mid-September/October 2022, for 6 months

Internship theme:  Management and Improvement of the Global Enterprise Management System (GEMS)

 

Main missions:

- Handle Management System improvement requests

- Procedures, Diagrams and RACI development.

- Participate to Software upgrade project

- Verify that the Management System complies with Standards and internal rules

- Participate to the recoding of the Management System

- Cleansing of documents (Instructions/Forms/Manuals)

- Detect duplicated Documents and propose merging.

- Propose simplification on the Management System (merging, deletions and more).

 

Level of diploma:  From DUT or Bachelor degree (Bac+3) to Master (M1/M2) with Quality and Internal Control.Familiar with ISO9001 norm is a plus. EN/FR

 

Soft Skills:

Curious, people oriented, open minded, team player, keen to problem solving.
