OSCAR and Offshore Pass Helpdesk Support – Training of 6 months starting in April

Main tasks:

    • Functional End user queries: understand tool functionalities and processes managed in the tool, propose solutions and actions, communicate to End Users on progress
    • Follow up on helpdesk Tickets: through ServiceNow, the OSCAR and Offshore Pass mailboxes, and on the COMPAS Helpdesk if applicable
    • Support the OSCAR Administrator as needed on:
      • Creation of learning material
      • Basic familiarisation Training on the tool


  1. Basic understanding of databases and database structure
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  3. Flexible and creative problem solving
  4. Fluent in English, Portuguese speaker is a plus



Knowledge in HR mandatory; Strong IT skills preferred
