ROLE PURPOSE

 

  • Deployment of the Compressor Performance assessment around the fleet

A tool to monitor the thermodynamical performances of the centrifugal compressors has been developed by SBM. This tool is being deployed.

- Data : searching and gathering of data, data quality check, tag mapping)

- Model: developing the for each compressor stages and validating the model

- Calculation running and quality check. This required discussion with compressors expert

- Develop the report of results on Power BI for monitoring of compressor performance on a regular (to be defined) basis.

 

  • Development of PCHE Thermal oscillation Digital Agent

- Building the specification

- Develop and update the visualization mock-up

- Collaborate with Data Team in developing, testing and validation of the digital tool

 

  • Audit of CMMS system for rotating equipment packages corrective and breakdown maintenance
  • Crosscheck of events in the CMMS + events in IFS incident with Abnormal behaviors detections from available digital tools

Gap analysis of 3rd party tools notifications vs SBM digital tool, with the main target of:

  • Defining list of potentially missing signals
  • Defining list of potential missing logic to fill the gap

Business case definition for the most relevant cases, and definition of changes to be implemented.

 

  • Analysis of the current specs and manuals for existing digital tools with the objective of:
  • Updating them according to the current design, use and governance
  • Capturing the new features that need to be embedded as a result of Product Owner validation.

 

Other subjects

 

  • Support on ideation for CO2 Membranes Monitoring Agent

- Covering development of specification document through consultation with regional technical team

- Collation of findings and development already considered and supporting on organization of additional brainstorming sessions as required.

- Creation of mockups for front-end as well as definition all equations, calculations, parameters and necessary data on backend.

 

  • Analysis of data available in the reporting tool currently being built (System dashboard) in order to:
  • Identify potential inconsistencies between source and address them (by crosschecking with the other Company’s reporting tools)
  • Identify correlations between KPIs trends in the dashboards vs CMMS and Incident Management databases


Job requirements

 

  • Chemical Engineering Degree or Chemistry with Chemical Engineering
  • Student at final or penultimate year of studies
  • From a French University/Engineering School preferably, however, EU candidates are considered
  • Good level of English is essential (minimum B1).
  • Level of Diploma: Honors or Masters
