RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)

= Administer & Monitor all Project Administration/Cost Reporting/Financial aspects of installation projects.

= Create a cost-conscious atmosphere so that all persons working on a project are aware of how their activities impact the project cost including all applicable Contractual issues

+ Analyze contract after handover and prepare financial Project Summary

+ Prepare specific monthly/quarterly cost reports (internal and client).

+ Review and validate change orders in relation with Project Manager/Project Control Manager for input in forecast

+ Verify purchase requisitions (budgets, amounts and codes) before approval by Project Manager.

+ Prepare client invoices according to contractual terms with adequate back-up and book accounting records. Follow up client invoices date of receipt, payments from clients and Issue reminders when necessary.

+ Ensure that project taxation is properly handled In conjunction with Tax Counsel

+ provide ad hoc support to Business controller

+ provide adhoc support to auditors when required

FORECAST

+ Prepare the Internal Project Forecast on a quarterly basis including preparation of pre-financial slides

+ Prepare quarterly Project Cash Planning Reports when required

+ Prepare a Manpower Forecast Report in liaison with Project Manager/Project Control Manager when required

+ Prepare tracking of the Percentage of Completion (PoC) including booking of accruals (check consistency with the physical progress)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Business School or financial & accounting related degree

Experience:

5 to 10 years’ experience costs control in an international environment.

Specific competencies:

Fluent in English.

Project cost control experience

Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work,

Ability to analyze information and be comfortable with data,

Solid IT skills, with good knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn specialist software,

Excellent team working attitude, relationship-building and interpersonal skills,

Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet objectives and deadlines.
