Senior Reward Specialist

Purpose
- The Senior Reward Specialist ensure Local Reward decisions support the company’s competitiveness in one or multiple countries, and are aligned with Group Reward strategy and local legislations.
Responsibilities
- You are accountable for advising and coaching your stakeholders within your perimeter to ensure effective and equitable Reward decisions are taken.
- You are accountable for keeping the Reward expertise up to date within your perimeter
- You are accountable for designing, implementing, and monitoring Reward programs in line with Group Reward roadmap and internal customer needs
- You are accountable for driving continuous improvement and change on Reward tools, policies and practices within your perimeter to meet strategic goals
- You are accountable for leading or being active contributor to Global Reward project or campaign.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is often preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- Strong experience in Compensation and benefits or related HR fields.
- Demonstrated experience in leading CandB processes or projects
