ROLE PURPOSE

As Tendering Administrator, you will support the Tendering, Sales and Business Development teams during the WIN phase of projects to co-ordinate the complete preparation of bid documents based on the client's criteria, from early stage to firm price submission, in compliance with SBM internal policies and external requirements.

RESPONSIBILITES

• You identify and understand client’s criteria defined within the Invitation To Tender (ITT) and ensure proper filing, dispatch and associated documents from Client
• You manage clients interface via their platforms: pre-qualifications, tenders and maintain clarifications registers
• You are responsible to coordinate pre-qualifications completion with interfacing internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission to clients
• You facilitate the gathering of all necessary elements for tender preparation, ensuring all meetings are conducted and documents are produced and uploaded in accordance with the Win process requirements
• You manage the creation and maintenance of projects within SBM applications including pre-sales budgets follow-up
• [If acting as Sales Administrator], you coordinate the update of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by the Business Development and Sales teams according to the Win process

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bac+2 (or equivalent)
  • 2 to 5 years in a tendering environment, preferably in the O&G industry
