The IT&S (Information Technology & Services) environment’s complexity keeps increasing, linked to the countless challenges coming from the Business. To support this significant organization, we need to extend the scale and depth of our IT&S control tower activities.

We are looking for the support of an intern for 6 months, to help us with:

•  the scaling of our controls and systems; and
• the forecasting and monitoring processes.

The scope will be mostly focused on Microsoft Azure cloud costs and Internal software solutions development, with the possibility to increase, depending on the success of the results.

Your supervisor will be the IT&S Business controller based in Monaco. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Finance team in our Porto & Monaco offices, and with the IT&S teams based in Monaco and the Netherlands offices.

You will be introduced to how things are currently done, and how we see further evolutions.

After being trained on our existing tools, the reporting system and the monitoring of the performance, you will use your creativity to propose new solutions, supported by the theory you’re learning. This is a real opportunity for you to make a difference.

For this internship, presence at the office is mandatory from Monday to Friday.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• On-going studies for a University Degree in Economics, Business school or equivalent finance degree;
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal), other languages are a plus;
• Good Excel skills with the ability to handle data in an efficient way;
• Organizational and procedural skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Critical thinking.
