ROLE PURPOSE

 

We are looking for talented individual that will be part of Operation Logistics Team in the Supply Chain Organization. Imbedded within the Operations Headquarter in Monaco, the intern is to report to the Global Logistics Category Manager in charge of the overall Category Strategy including performance monitoring, contract management, supplier management strategy, standardization, ways of working alignment across regions and sustainability strategy.

 

In line with Company aim to reach excellence in Operations, to implement continuous improvement methodology and to comply with net-zero emission commitments, the missions of this internship are as follows: to participate in developing daily performance dashboard, to improve roles and responsibilities within the team, to review monthly KPIs and to develop a logistics zero-emission plan.  By developing a holistic, analytical, and practical methodology the candidate will contribute to the reliability of the logistics activities and accelerate the sustainability agenda with our key suppliers and internal customers and actively engage with them to align our needs with their constraints.

 

His/her responsibilities will be:

 

• To understand all aspects of the logistics scope of works

• To collaborate with Supply Chain performance team and coordinate efforts to gather relevant data timely

• To propose optimized team organization and issue RACI and flow chart accordingly

• To review monthly performance and follow-up on corrective actions

• To get familiar with CO2 norm, frameworks, regulations, and standard organizations landmark in the industry.

• To understand, review and analyze Logistics Service Providers monthly data collection, calculation and validate dashboard.

• To act as interface between the logistics team and internal and external stakeholders ensuring that the information is adequately shared with community.

• To research, collect and compile information from our Logistics Service Providers to identify and develop sustainability opportunities, initiatives, and improvements to reduce emissions.

  • Advanced data analysis capacity
  • Specialist in designing and developing BI reports
  • Passionate about climate challenges and solutions
  • Understanding of logistics processes
  • Inquiring mind with willingness to deliver expected deliverable.
  • Self-starter and not afraid of making a great impact on business processes.
  • Good at creating connections to people at all organizational levels
  • Very good Level in English–working language.  Portuguese is a plus

 

Experience:

  • Higher education (engineering schools or universities), BAC + 5
  • Understanding of Supply Chain/Logistics processes
