MAIN MISSION


DIGITAL

  • Development of Chemical Surveillance Agent for surveillance of chemical consumption

- Gathering necessary data, computations, and configurations for alerts/notifications

- Tag mapping, creation of attributes and definitions as well as update to specifications as required

- Ensuring proper capturing and versioning of development milestones, tracking progress and ensuring

  the build follows the specification.

- Interfacing with offshore chemist to ensure alignment of outputs with issued offshore reports

- Collaborate with Data Team in developing, testing and validation of the digital tool

  • Ideation (proof of concept) on Liquid Carryover Agent for monitoring of carryover to the gas system

- Develop digital tool for the monitoring of critical operational parameters covering Separators, scrubbers and inlet manifolds contributing to liquid carryover

- Support on development of coalescing skid technical specification document

- Calculation of carryover rate and quantities (vs design intent)

- Definition of calculations, methodology, templates and data sources (i.e. PI data)

- Define functional specification and creation of visual mockups

- Collaborate with Data Team in developing, testing and validation of the digital tool

  • Support on extension of Heat Exchanger Fouling Detection Agent to other fleet FPSOs
  • Support on checking and development of Oil System process surveillance workbenches
  • Creation of calculations and metrics for performance dashboards through close collaboration with PI and digital services team.  

 

GENERAL

  • Supporting on data sourcing, metric creation, PI AF attribute creation, filtering and quality checks pertaining to system metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) on Oil System Dashboard
  • Development of key documentation covering specifications and vendor bid evaluation sheets for the review of technical bids/quotations.
  • General support to Oil System Lead covering ad-hoc scopes (e.g. searching trends/data, gathering information, Vendor communication, attending/organizing meetings etc.)

 

Job requirements

  • Chemical Engineering Degree or Chemistry with Chemical Engineering
  • Student at final or penultimate year of studies
  • From a French University/Engineering School preferably, however, EU candidates are considered
  • Good level of English is essential (minimum B1).
