PP&E assistance

  • To prepare commissioning forms (in line with the Investment requests if >10K$ or in line with the POs ) and disposal forms
  • Allocation of the Assets under construction accounts
  • Booking in SUN for the fixed assets settlements in Cies A01 + A07+ A56 (+ SAGE) + E01 +E02 

               

France/ Monaco accounting assistance

  • Sales Invoices bookings in SUN and in Sage (including rebill cost +/ transfer pricing)
  • Reconciliation suppliers + clients SUN /SAGE
  • Analytical reconciliation between Sun and Sage
  • Booking of the expenses reports in SUN + SAGE
  • Booking of the monthly payment card report
  • Booking of various accruals in Monaco/ french cies

               

VAT and WHT Assistance

  • Support the VAT monthly declaration
  • Assist for the WHT cleansing

               

Support on allocation - Data Cleansing

               

Update the EXCEL file for the quarterly BS review (rate/new cies …) with the management
