Completions Engineer

Purpose

• The Completions Engineer is responsible for designing, planning and executing completion operations, in compliance with HSSE, Quality and on time in line with schedule requirements.
• You produce project specific Completions documentation and transfer to site for the Construction and Completion phase of the project, depending on the needs of the Project.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for developing detailed completion programs and designs, selecting appropriate completion techniques, tools, and technologies to optimize project performance.
• You provide guidance and advanced technical expertise on construction techniques to the project / site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• You address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve completion performance and reduce non-productive time.
• You drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

Education

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with strong knowledge of systems, construction & commissioning processes, and HSSE regulations.

Experience

• Relevant experiencein the construction industry, combined with strong understanding of construction & commissioning management processes in the relevant disciplin and practical knowledge gained managing and leading teams to ensure smooth operations on site.
