Purpose
- As Handover Coordinator, you are responsible for verifying and confirming the reliability of each subsystem prior to final approval (SSHC) and transfer to the Operations team. This involves, but is not limited to, ensuring the completion of all prerequisite items associated with each subsystem, such as MOCs, ITRs (A, Ex, and B), relevant Regulatory Certificates, Mechanical Completion and Ready for Commissioning Certificates, Special Tools, Link Inhibits, and Commissioning Facilities. Additionally, Provide daily support to the OR team on the eCom Data system.
Responsibilities
- You coordinate and advise on all matters relating to the handover of asset systems and provide direction on all matters to Operations Readiness line management.
- You organize, control and provide relevant inter discipline direction to the stakeholders for completions and subsystem handover
- You coordinate assistance as directed by the Operations Readiness management
- You participate in the acceptance testing and subsequent on-site installation / commissioning as necessary.
- You assist the OIM in maintaining a continuous technical performance review of the Unit in cooperation with the Operations Engineer, control the corrective actions, when deficiencies are identified, through to the effective close-out of all outstanding actions.
- You are the custodian of the handover tracking work list and play a key role in the planning and execution of sub system handover work.
- You monitor the Management of Change (MOC) procedure compliance for any design changes.
- You ensure necessary Unit Sub System handover (SSHO) progress reporting is in place and monitor the progression.
- You provide, in conjunction with the Operations readiness lead, the relevant technical inputs to specific SSHO execution.
- You monitor follow up and close out of outstanding SSHO elements.
- You highlight to the Operations readiness lead and Operations Managers any major deficiencies.
- You provide E-com support and training to Project-dedicated OR personnel.
Education
- Post-secondary degree in similar discipline and/or hold an engineering degree.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years combined experience in offshore oil and gas marine project engineering, project execution and marine systems operation and maintenance.
