Main responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support in relation to process queries and operability problems on the Company’s Marine Units.
• Providing daily support to the Process Operations departments on the Company’s Offshore Marine Units.
• Provide support to Global shore-based Process Engineers when required.
• Produce and Monitor the Key Performance Indicators on the process plants across the fleet.  
• Ensuring the optimization of process throughput and economic results of the Performance Contracts.
• Defining the functional requirements of design changes that may become necessary during the life of field and initiating the design change process with the Company’s process design departments.
• Undertaking of audits on Company Marine Units worldwide to ensure the performance and operation of the process systems are as the design intent and in accordance with the relevant SBM Operations Codes of Practice.
• Managing of offshore modifications of the process plants in conjunction with the Company’s project support group.
• Responsible for operational input of design reviews of new designed Marine Units of SBM Group companies.
• Attend as required HAZOP’s, HAZID’s, SIL reviews of new designed Marine Units of SBM Group companies.
• Undertake, as part of a Team, Pre-sail and Pre-start audits of new designed Marine Units of SBM Group companies.
• Review Operational Test Procedures and Process Operations Manuals for new Projects.
• Liaise with special equipment vendors.

Requirements: 

• University degree, BSc or MSc in Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Experience in Oil and Gas, providing support for operations (onshore or offshore).
• Ability to work with multidiscipline teams.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
