Purpose

  • The job purpose of a Business Control Analyst is to support performance of financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions of an organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
    This role is providing financial support to senior management for decision-making and operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Control Analyst support in financial management and business analysis within the organization.
  • This position involves producing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within complex disciplines, while providing support to optimize financial performance.
  • The Business Control Analyst collaborates with various departments to help align with financial goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) and/or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, business analysis, or a related role.
