ROLE PURPOSE

Process Documentation Analyst primary role will be alignment of processes drafted in SBM GEMS with the new company structure and updating documentation accordingly In our dynamic GEMS team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our business processes. Leveraging your expertise in process mapping and detailed process analysis, you will contribute to the optimization of our operations by re-creating process maps, Responsibility Matrix and short process description. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering process compliance and excellence in addition to the culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation within the organization. This is a temporary role.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed process requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive process maps that accurately represent current state workflows.
  • Identify potential gaps and missing activities within the process.
  • Responsible to organize and maintain recurrent meetings with process SME and work closely with several stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements in GEMS platform.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate the progress findings and progress to key stakeholders.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business process analysis and mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
