Purpose

  • The Communications Business Partner will be responsible for crafting and disseminating compelling and effective communication materials to internal and external audiences through tailored functional plans. The role involves partnering with the responsible individuals and managing the company communications channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, and enhancing awareness and reinforcement of key messages.

Responsibilities

  • As a Communications Business Partner you are responsible for:
  • Understanding the business strategies for assigned scope and defining strategic communications plans in support of business goals and priorities
  • Serving as key communication points of contact for a dedicated scope
  • Supporting and assisting in the development of the communication strategies, plans and content for multiple platforms, including news releases, intranet, social media, and the company website.
  • Ensuring all communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns
  • Organizing and managing communications events for your respective scope
  • Coordinating with internal teams to create and distribute internal communications, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values
  • Collaborating with the Head of External Communications to handle media inquiries and support the preparation of spokespeople for media engagements.
  • Providing guidance and support to business stakeholders on internal communication best practices
  • Providing the summarized analysis of the relevant communication metrics and feedback to continually improve strategies and report on the impact of communication activities to Heads of Function
  • Contributing and maintaining the Group Communications planner to assure strategic and appropriate cadence of news and updates towards targeted audiences.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a communications role.
