Purpose

  • As Continuous Improvement Specialist, you are responsible for performing all continuous improvement key activities of a Learning Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Investigations:
  • You proficiently lead all assigned investigations relating to Quality issues and complete them satisfactorily within the agreed timeframe.
  • You review, verify and cross check of data / evidence including interview outcome.
  • You identify root cause(s) and propose and agree corrective actions with responsible party / action owner(s)
  • Improvement Coordination:
  • You structure the overall findings and ensure alignment and prioritization with the relevant / designated authorities.
  • You request responsible party / action owner(s) to propose corrective actions with deliverables and target completion date.
  • You perform surveys of implementation of the corrective actions by the business and prepare the survey report.
  • You monitor and follow-up completion of corrective actions.
  • You assess return on experience and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Learning from Performance:
  • You lead Project Learnings related activities and support to Projects, interface with Operations. You coordinate and animate Learning Champions community.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • You permanently liaise with GRS Group functions, Turnkey and Operations’ representatives, in order to share best practices, feedback, new ways of working and developments. You present survey report to all relevant stakeholders. This might include Senior Management such as Managing Directors, Heads of Functions, Leadership Teams.
  • Lead initiatives
  • You manage specific tasks assigned by prioritizing, organizing, cascading objectives and controlling
  • You lead the continuous improvements of the processes
  • You ensure effective communication across various contributors to allow the timely exchange of the information required to perform assigned scope.
  • You provide regular feedback, alert on potential risks and escalate in case of any showstoppers
  • You ensure reporting as required
  • You develop plan for Change Management
  • Reporting & Tools:
  • You develop and maintain appropriate reporting of all on-going investigations and surveys through dashboard and KPIs.
  • You contribute to the continuous improvements of the systems and tools, based on feedback from stakeholders or identified gaps.
  • You interface with IT and Digital teams when requested.

Education

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Solid background in project or quality management, with specific experience leading investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in using data-driven approaches to learning and performance improvements, and experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
